A lovely sunset last night

Morning Observation:

This morning in Huntington at 8:20AM it’s currently 60 degrees under overcast skies. Winds are calm. Relative humidity is 96%, dewpoint 59, barometric pressure 30.03” and rising rapidly. We picked up 0.34” of rain in the past 2hrs. Yesterday’s high was a sizzling 91, and the overnight low was 60.


Much cooler and drier weather will prevail through the end of the week as high pressure builds across the region. A few showers will linger early this morning, but overall we should see a mix of sun and clouds today. Highs today and Friday will mostly be in the 70s, with overnight lows in the 40s to lower 50s. Temperatures will warm a bit heading into the weekend with chances of showers increasing towards Sunday.

Saturday’s looking partly sunny with highs in the mid 70s and south winds around 10 mph. Saturday night should be partly cloudy with lows in the mid 60s.
