Forecast:

A ridge of high pressure aloft will deliver delightful weather today with highs in the 70s to around 80 from western Vermont to northern New York. Highs will be mainly in the 60s to lower 70s over eastern and northeast Vermont today. A weak cold front will move into the region after midnight tonight bringing a a chance of rain showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms. Showers will linger into Friday morning, but skies will become mostly sunny by Friday afternoon. There’s a slight chance of showers Friday night into Saturday morning.

We’ll see partly sunny skies today with highs in the mid 70s and south winds around 10 Tonight should be partly cloudy until midnight, then become cloudy with a 40% chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Lows will be in the upper 50s with south winds 10 to 15 mph.

Friday should start out cloudy with a 40% chance of showers in the morning, then become partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs will be in the lower 70s with southwest winds around 10 mph. Friday night should be partly cloudy with lows in the lower 50s and southwest winds around 10 mph.

Saturday’s looking mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of morning showers. Highs will be in the upper 60s with southwest winds 10 to 15 mph gusting up to 25 mph.
Saturday night should be partly cloudy and seasonably cool with lows in the upper 30s.
