About Today’s Photo:
Driving down Taft Hill yesterday morning, I had to stop as a flock of turkeys crossed the road ahead of me. There were about a dozen birds—mostly hens—with one tom who was in full courting display mode. While he was happy to share his feathered magnificence with his hens, he was less so with me, seeming to take special care to be behind trees or facing away from me as he spread his tail feathers into a fan and puffed up. I managed this shot between the branches from my car window.
