A fungus seems to perspire on a spruce tree

About Today’s Photo:

I came across this fungus at Allis State Park over the weekend. Though it had rained overnight, the ground and area surrounding the tree and fungus were dry, so the beads of “perspiration” were coming from the fungus itself.
